Twenty years in the making

Conceived in 2004 by jeweller-gemmologist Tanja M. Sadow (G.J.G., GIA '83), endorsed by Swarovski in 2005, registered with the Registry of Societies in 2007 — and now returned for a trade that needs its people certified, connected and counted.

I need to hire. What do I demand?

AML & Compliance Hub18k — tested, not assumed

The law now requires trained people.

Precious-stone and metal dealers in Singapore are regulated under the PSPM Act — registered per outlet, with customer due diligence, cash-transaction reporting and an explicit statutory duty to keep staff trained. The 2026 Code of Practice targets jewellery and watch retailers precisely. MinLaw's free toolkit tells you what to do; the Guild's AML Passport trains the people who must do it — counter staff, managers, and the compliance officer every multi-outlet dealer must appoint.

The Trade & the Alliancethe maker's mark — who stands behind the work

One industry. Four layers. Zero overlap.

The guilds and associations of Singapore's trade each serve a different constituent. GJPA doesn't compete with any of them — it is the people layer the others structurally cannot be, and the pre-bourse, pre-employment home that grows their future members.
